MLux LED - RED Line lamps with a luminous flux of up to 4595 lm** and a power consumption of 45 W* based on Bridgelux CSP chips (Chip-Scale-Package). The light output reaches 51,06 lm/W* (on average, a halogen lamp can produce 14,5 lm/W*), which is considered to be the best lm/W ratio for the chip of 4,9 х 1,9 mm. The dimensions of the CSP-LEDs simulate the filament of a halogen lamp and ensure the match of the focal point in the car's optics. As a result, it made possible to achieve uniform lighting over the entire area of the roadway with a clear light border.
In lamps with an H4 base driving and passing beams are implemented by separate LED modules and the focus accuracy is achieved by the asymmetric shutter.
The use of a luminophore made it possible to get color temperature options of 4300, 5000, 6000°K without reducing the luminous flux due to eliminating the use of all kinds of correction filters mounted on top of the LED.
MLux LED - RED Line can be installed on most modern cars, freight transport, and special machinery with an on-board voltage of 9-30 V, including those that are equipped with lamp health monitoring systems (CAN-BUS). The protection class IP67 allows safe use even in aggressive environmental conditions.
The voltage controller, intelligent temperature control system of the chip, as well as protection against voltage drops, polarity reversal and short circuit guarantee a long service life.
Because the most critical factor in the life of the led is the temperature, we paid special attention to the passive and active cooling.
— Copper substrateMounting of LEDs on a copper substrate with a size of 57 х 8 х 1,5 mm with a copper rod 3 mm in size ensures the most effecient heat rejection directly to the aluminum body, bypassing the dielectric layer.
— Thermal greaseThermal grease does not dry out and remains flexible throughout its entire service life, displacing air between the substrate and the aluminum casing, which increases thermal conductivity.
— Active coolingThe NMB cooler produced in Japan, which uses a rolling bearing on a sleeve made of stainless steel with maximum rotational speeds of up to 8,000 rpm, effectively cools the radiator even at high temperatures.
— Easy installationInstallation of lamps does not require any modifications of optics, special knowledge and skills. The minimum dimensions of the cooler with a radiator make it possible to replace OEM halogen lamps without changing the design of the headlights.
